3 tablespoons butter
6 eggs
1 1/4 cups water
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk (I've used dry creamer)
1 cup flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven to 450 and place butter in 9x13 pan. Place pan in oven to melt. BE SURE THE BUTTER DOESN'T BURN!!! In the mean time, mix the eggs and water then add the remaining ingredients. Mix well. Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter into the hot butter and bake for 20 minutes until puffed and golden. Looking something like this.....
(note: after it cools a bit it will fall and possibly not look so pretty but it's still delish)
Sprinkle powdered sugar and serve with syrup or berries and whip cream
approx. 6 servings
