Spaghetti Squash

Want a super easy microwave meal, yet still healthy? Here is one for you!
1. Take your spaghetti squash and puncture it with a knife, spiratically around the shell, making slits so that when baking the moisture can escape with out exploding.
2.On top of paper towel, place in microwave on high for approx ten minutes. rotate and cook for another five minutes. Squeeze and if soft that's a good sign that your squash is cooked. Remove from microwave... IT WILL BE HOT!
3. Place on cutting board and allow to cool just enough to be able to touch to cut. When cool slice off each end and then cut down the middle.
(while the squash is cooling this is the perfect time to prepare your spaghetti sauce. I like to have mine usually prepared and frozen or store bought so all I have to do is heat it up)
4. Use a spoon to remove the seeds. Then, use a fork to scrape the "spaghetti" off the insides of the shell.
Throw on your plate, top with sauce and Parmesan cheese and enjoy knowing your taking in a tasty Italian meal with way less carbs.
